Helen has built 1to1 Group to become one of the most successful recruitment agencies in Hampshire. She loves recruitment and describes finding the right person for the right job as the best feeling in the world!

James started with the company as an Associate Consultant back in 2017. James hasn’t looked back since, working closely with his Team, enjoying meeting with clients to discuss their challenges, creating solutions and finding ways to source the best candidates on the market.

Claire is responsible for all things compliance-related, ensuring that all candidates meet our client policies and requirements before they start in their roles.

Beth is responsible for all things compliance-related, ensuring that all candidates meet our client policies and requirements before they start in their roles.

Sarah manages our Temporary Division in Winchester. She loves building lasting client and candidate relationships – something she has been doing since 2003.

Ellie joined the 1to1 team in 2021, and in her role as a Senior Recruitment Consultant she helps support us to find fantastic candidates for our advertised roles.

As a recruitment consultant I love sourcing the best candidates for my roles, I enjoy the fast-paced environment and helping candidates find their dream job.

Outside of work I enjoy cooking, walking my French Bulldog and spending time with loved ones.

Olivia is our Junior Account Manager; she assists our Account Manager in finding the best candidates and conducting interviews. She loves how busy and engaged it keeps her and is excited to keep learning more!

Jade is our Junior Account Manager, she assists our Account Manager in finding the best candidates, conducting interviews and in general helping to manage the account. She enjoys the fast-paced environment and learning new things every day.

Daisy likes to visit us to provide energetic support, and sniff and clean up under our desks.

She sometimes helps out with keyboard tasks to help us find the top dog for all our clients.
