·Business Development / Account Manager
·Location: Winchester.
·Hours: 8.30 am – 5pm, Monday – Friday.
·Salary: up to £45,000 plus commission.
 
 
1to1 Group is currently seeking a driven and personable Business Development / Account Manager to join a fast-growing company in the Winchester area. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to gain valuable experience and play a key role in driving the company’s success.
 
Key responsibilities:
·Foster customer retention and drive sales growth by managing existing accounts and securing new business opportunities in the local area.
·Strengthen the company’s position as a trusted supplier by maintaining and expanding key customer relationships.
·Build trust and establish lasting partnerships with stakeholders through effective engagement.
·Tailor strategies to address the unique needs and expectations of diverse customers.
·Deliver account management and business development initiatives aligned with company goals.
 
Required Skills and Experience:
·A highly proactive self-starter with strong negotiation skills, you must be able to engage effectively with individuals at all levels.
·Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
·Demonstrated success in Business Development or Account Management.
·Strong English and Maths abilities.
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
·A full, valid UK driving licence.
