Business Development & Marketing Executive
Location: Winchester
Hours: Full time, Monday – Friday.

What will you be doing?
As a Business Development & Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth and supporting the team with lead generation and client engagement.
Your main responsibilities will include:
·Identifying market opportunities to create campaigns and partnerships.
·Managing the lead and quote process from start to finish, including creating high-quality proposals and presentations.
·Building and maintaining a strong network of contacts and referral partners.
·Representing the business at networking events and external meetings.
·Creating and posting engaging social media updates.
·Distributing new client enquiries and following up.
·Supporting business development reporting and producing meeting agendas.
·Conducting Business Development induction meetings for new starters.
 
What do you need?
·Previous experience in a similar Business Development role.
·Experience with pipeline management, CRM databases, and market research.
·Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
·A creative and proactive approach to work.
·A CIM qualification (or a willingness to work towards one).
·A full, valid UK driving license.
