Caretaker

1to1 group are looking for an Estate Assistant for one of our clients in Winchester! This particular role is open as temporary, temp to perm, or permanent.
 
 
Role details:
·£12.21- £13 per hour.
·Monday to Friday (37 hours per week).
·Temporary, temp to perm or permanent.
·A driving license is required for this role.
·Previous experience in a similar role with trade/ maintenance skills in carpentry, masonry, electrics or plumbing is desirable.
 
 
Duties will include:
·General internal and external minor maintenance and repairs to buildings.
·To lift up to 15 kg weight, able to pick up items from ground, waist and head levels.
·To attend callouts outside of normal hours as part of a call out rota and attend certain events/functions outside of normal hours, as directed. This includes some evenings and weekends.
·Driving a minibus and other vehicles.
·To undertake emergency cleaning duties which may occur to ensure that these areas can be quickly put back into use. This includes the movement of stationery, deliveries etc.
·Acting as First Aider.
·Complying with the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Regulations.
·Prioritising the safeguarding and participating in training on safeguarding matters
