1to1 Group are looking for a Health and Safety Manager for a permanent position in Winchester City Centre. You will be responsible of continual review, development and implementation of health and safety related processes and systems, as well as ensuring technical compliance and record keeping in respect of all appropriate legislation and ISI regulations.  
 
Job responsibilities:
·Policy writing and reviewing
·Support
·Auditing
·Providing guidance and maintaining contact with all colleagues and departments
·Acting as secretary of Health and Safety Committee
·Investigations and safety reports
·Training
·First aid cover
·Health and Safety budgeting
·Record Keeping
·Fire risk assessments and evacuation plans
 
Requirements:
·Certified IOSH.
·Proven ability to translate Health and Safety legislation into practical and applicable working solutions.
·5 years’ experience in a Health and Safety management/leadership role.
·Experience of delivering Health and Safety training.   
·Hold or be working towards the NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
·Understanding and awareness of compliance systems.
