£35,000-£40,000 plus annual bonus up to £4000

1to1 Group are currently recruiting a HR Advisor for a 12 month contract to provide a comprehensive and progressive HR support service to contribute towards the achievement of business and departmental objectives.

Responsibilities
·Support with the implementation and delivery of the HR strategy
·Coach Line Managers on people management/HR processes, employee engagement, building capability, performance management and issue resolution
·Manage all ER, Performance and Absence issues across the business
·Manage recruitment, working with line managers to ensure the smooth completion of the recruitment process, liaising with the relevant agencies, participating in the interview process, ensuring that all vacancies are handled and filled in a timely manner and that all successful candidates are the correct fit for the organisation in terms of role capability and culture
·Identify training needs, sourcing of relevant training and development programmes, coordination, organisation and administration of training and recording of events and attendees, updating of the training matrix
·Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with laws and regulations
·Ensure that all paperwork for employees is up to date and in line with GDPR regulations
 
Skills:
·Proven experience of working as a HR Advisor
·Good Employee Relations knowledge understanding of UK employment law
·Able to assist in driving change
·Ability to travel to other offices in the UK
