Temporary HR Business Partner

£15-18 an hour
 
1to1 group are looking for a short-term temporary HR Business Partner based in Fareham to support their team. You will be based in the office Monday to Friday 0900-1700 with a 1630 finish on a Friday.
Duties:
·Working closely with key stakeholders to provide high-level advice, support and guidance.
·Coaching managers on all aspects of recruitment, employee relations, staff welfare, and performance and absence management.  
·Provide timely information and/or education for all levels of the business on HR issues.
·Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organisational development.
 
Requirements:
·Experience working as a HR Business Partner or similar role.
·Understanding and application of HR policies, HR best practise and employment law
·Experience of TUPE would be an advantage
·Experience of HR systems including day to day maintenance and reporting
·Excellent communications skills and IT literate/competent
·Ability to appropriately balance the considerations of staff and organisation, within the parameters of legislation and regulation
·Travel to operational sites may be required
