1to1 Group are seeking a Laundry Driver & Assistant to join our clients dedicated team. In this role, you’ll help with laundry collection and delivery across the school campus and support daily laundry operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys teamwork, is physically fit, and takes pride in cleanliness and order.
 
The hours are Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm and alternate Saturdays, 8:00am – 12:00pm. This role is available on a temporary or permanent basis.
 
Key Responsibilities
·Drive the laundry van across campus to collect and deliver laundry.
·Assist with routine van maintenance.
·Work within the team to unpack, wash, dry, iron, fold, and pack items.
·Load/unload machines and van, ensuring efficient handling.
·Keep laundry and staff areas clean and organized.
·Regularly lift and carry laundry bags, sometimes up stairs.
·Support additional duties as needed to ensure smooth operation.
 
Person Specification
·Full UK driving license (minimum 4 years).
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management skills.
·Physically capable of handling the role’s demands.
·Positive, proactive approach and a commitment to inclusivity.
