Property Legal Assistant
Location: Winchester
Hours: Part-time, 22.5 – 28 hours per week, over 3-5 days.
Salary: £24,000 – £28,000 per year (pro rata).
 
1to1 Group is looking for a Property Legal Assistant to join our successful client based in Winchester. This is a part-time role (3-5 days per week) and offers the opportunity to be part of a well-established and professional firm.

What will you be doing?
As a Property Legal Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting both the Managing Director and the wider Property Department. Your main responsibilities will include:
·Preparing legal documents and using digital dictation
·Conducting online searches, Land Registry applications, and SDLT returns
·Managing case files through the case management system
·Opening and managing both paper and electronic files
·Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders, and other organisations
 
What do you need?
·Experience working as a Property Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or Legal Executive within a solicitors’ property department
·Strong verbal and written communication skills
·Excellent attention to detail, along with good keyboard and word processing skills
·Good numeracy skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
