Marketing Co-ordinator – Hybrid

1to1 Group are looking for an enthusiastic and creative marketing coordinator to join a busy and thriving team near Alresford. The company operate in the travel industry and are looking for someone with experience in copywriting and creating and editing artwork in particular.
The role is very varied and will focus on creation of engaging copy and artwork for enewsletters, flyers, advertising and brochures. Additional responsibilities will involve managing brand campaigns, supporting social media campaigns and events, handling PR requests, brochure fulfilment and database management.
As this role is in the travel sector, it offers amazing opportunities to be really creative. A passion for travel is essential for this role.
The role is Monday to Friday 09.00 – 18.00 (or 08.30 – 17.30) and is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week spent in the office.
Day to day Responsibilities:
· Write and coordinate engaging copy for direct marketing collateral and e-newsletters.
· Creating artwork for a variety of communication materials.
· Co-ordinate digital and print advertisement schedule and create artwork to meet deadlines.
· Coordinate PR requests and image requirements.
· Support the co-ordination of social media activity.
· Provide support for the organisation of events and trade shows/exhibitions.
· Support a constant flow of effective cross-media marketing campaigns.
Required Experience, Qualifications and Attributes:
· Educated to at least A-level standard, ideally a marketing qualification.
· 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role.
· Experience of writing and proofing copy for a variety of formats.
· Experienced user of Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
· Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Photoshop.
· An interest in the natural world and good knowledge of wildlife.
· Experience in the travel industry would be ideal (experience in diving would also be advantageous but is not essential.)
· Excellent spelling and grammar skills.
· Proven experience of social media campaigns.
· Experience in sourcing and editing imagery.
